Ann Marie Vanneste is a former Canadian hurdler and scholarship athlete who competed at Louisiana State University (LSU). With over 25 years of experience in coaching, she has become a highly respected figure in the world of track and field, speed and conditioning, and personal fitness. As the track coach at All Saints High School for more than 25 years, Ann Marie has built a reputation for her commitment to developing young athletes. Her passion for speed and conditioning training has shaped the careers of many athletes, both on the track and beyond. Ann Marie’s specialization in hurdle dynamics has made her a sought-after coach for athletes looking to enhance their performance in this challenging event, offering personalized one-on-one coaching to help them reach their full potential.

In addition to her work with track athletes, Ann Marie has coached speed and conditioning for several Ottawa-area football teams, including the Kanata Knights, where her expertise helped elevate the athletes' performance on the field.

Ann Marie's extensive background in personal fitness, along with her experience as a fitness and Pilates instructor, allows her to provide holistic coaching that prioritizes both physical performance and overall well-being.
